A 26-year-old man wanted by police on a series of serious charges related to the theft of a pickup truck in the St. John’s area earlier this week has been handed over. Police were informed this morning that Corey Evans from Mount Pearl had been handed over to the District Court in St. Louis. John’s. Evans was remanded in custody pending trial. An arrest warrant was issued yesterday for various categories of theft and weapons. The RNC is continuing its investigation into the incident on Petty Harbor Road around 3pm on Monday.
