City Of Vancouver Asks County To Consider Empty Store Tax

	Empty stores in Vancouver could soon be hit with another tax, similar to that applicable to vacant homes.  The city council has moved to ask the provincial government to investigate an empty tax on shops in an effort to target speculation.  But, according to Kristen Robinson, experts say it will not solve anything.
