We have been saying this for months, if we are the Jags we get an aggressive lineman here. We love Ikem Ekwonu, but if Evan Neal or Charles Cross have the highest score on their board, get one of them. The point is to protect Trevor Lawrence. Recent history in Jacksonville has shown that drafting very good strikers in the first round does not immediately translate into winning a football game. However, keeping the QB franchise upright is. But we understand, GM Trent Baalke has a history with design features, including long arms, and Walker could be special. We would just like to point out that in the same year Baalke took Aldon Smith because of characteristics, he also passed JJ Watt and Cam Jordan.
