A 14-year-old male suspect has been identified in the death of 10-year-old Iliana (Lily) Peters in Chippewa County, Wis., Prosecutors said Wednesday. Although the name of the 8th grade boy has not been made public, CBS Minnesota reported that the 14-year-old was arrested and is being held on $ 1 million bail, after he allegedly admitted that he killed and raped the 10-year-old girl.
